I hold a Ph.D. in communication and instructional design and bring a unique global perspective to my work as an assistant professor of Art, Media, and Instructional Design at East Stroudsburg University. With experience in both the U.S. and the Middle East, I am dedicated to advancing the field of education through my research and teaching.

I provide students with hands-on opportunities to learn and apply innovative technologies through courses on VR, multimedia design, and instructional design. My research focuses on developing effective computer-mediated and XR instructional approaches that address diverse learning needs and create dynamic, inclusive learning environments.

With a passion for diversity and technology, I am committed to empowering all learners to reach their full potential. By exploring the instructional design of XR, I demonstrate how disruptive technology can contribute to better knowledge development and a more inclusive educational experience. I have developed and taught courses on VR and professional storytelling, as well as VR and Metaverse Technologies. In addition, I have been delivering teacher and professional training sessions since 2008 in the U.S, Canada, and the Middle East, including Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, and Dubai/UAE.
